Predictors of exclusive breastfeeding: a systematic review and meta-analysis
This meta-analysis looked at 38 research studies to determine some factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. Moms knowing the benefits of breastfeeding, having enough support, high education level, breastfeeding in the early days, and improved family economic conditions were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.
Possibility of Microwave Thawing of Human Milk: Effects on Milk Composition and Temperature Distribution
Normally thawing breastmilk in the microwave is discouraged. However, this study looked at the possibility of doing this and its effect on the composition of breast milk. It is promising, but more research needs to be done before it becomes a recommended practice.

I am a little hesitant to include this study, because I do not want to worry anyone. This study found that breastfeeding on only one breast is associated with an increase of breast cancer in the non-used breast. However, more research needs to be done.
